Basketball Mind is mental skills training, not therapy. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact someone now:

The crisis button in the app also shows the help lines for your country.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Basketball Mind and go to the Profile tab.
2. Under Your Data, tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm.

Your account and all data linked to it are deleted from our server permanently, and the app clears the data on your phone. This cannot be undone. Without an account, the same place shows Delete My Data, which clears everything stored on your phone.

Delete your account without the app

Email privacy@basketball-mind.com from the email address you used for your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete the account and its data within one month.

Export your data

Signed in, go to Profile → Export My Data. The app creates a JSON file with the data we hold on our server and opens your phone's share sheet, so you can save or send it. Journal entries and assessment answers stay on your phone and are not part of the export. You can also ask for a copy by email.

De crisisknop in de app toont ook de hulplijnen voor jouw land.

Je account verwijderen in de app

1. Open Basketball Mind en ga naar het tabblad Profiel.
2. Tik onder Jouw gegevens op Account verwijderen.
3. Bevestig.

Je account en alle gegevens die eraan gekoppeld zijn worden definitief van onze server verwijderd, en de app wist de gegevens op je telefoon. Dit kan niet ongedaan worden gemaakt. Zonder account staat op dezelfde plek Mijn gegevens verwijderen, waarmee je alles op je telefoon wist.

Je account verwijderen zonder de app

Mail privacy@basketball-mind.com vanaf het e-mailadres van je account, met als onderwerp "Verwijder mijn account". Wij bevestigen het verzoek en verwijderen het account en de gegevens binnen een maand.

Je gegevens exporteren

Ga ingelogd naar Profiel → Exporteer mijn gegevens. De app maakt een JSON-bestand met de gegevens die wij op onze server hebben en opent het deelmenu van je telefoon, zodat je het kunt bewaren of versturen. Dagboeknotities en assessmentantwoorden blijven op je telefoon en zitten niet in de export. Je kunt ook per mail om een kopie vragen.
